Cream Cheese & Olive Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 12 hardboiled eggs, peeled
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons olive juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon chopped dried chives
  • 4 generously rounded tablespoons Duke’s mayonnaise
  • 24 green, pimento-stuffed olives

Directions:

  1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise, then scoop out yolks and add to softened cream cheese.
  2. Place egg white halves on serving platter.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients except olives to the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Mix with hand mixer until smooth.
  5. Stuff egg whites with cream cheese mixture.
  6. Top each half egg with an olive.
  7. Chill until ready to serve.
